Job Aid
Job aids are tools or devices that help people do their jobs. Memory joggers and instruction cards, for example, are job aids. The term includes anything which helps people complete their jobs successfully and guide the user through the necessary steps to complete a task.
Job-Based Security Group
A job-based security group includes one or more job-related attributes or objects including job profile, job family, job category, management level or exempt/non-exempt status.
