OneUSG Connect Will Be Unavailable 11:15 p.m. Dec. 3 - 12:00 p.m. Dec, 4

OneUSG Connect will be unavailable to all University System of Georgia employees from 11:00 p.m., Friday, December 3, 2021, to 12:00 p.m., Saturday, December 4, 2021 for system maintenance.

  • During this time, Employee Self-Service, Manager Self-Service, and Careers will not be available.
  • Users trying to access OneUSG Connect will receive a message indicating a scheduled maintenance is underway.
  • Web Clocks will be down during this time period. Web Clock users must track hours worked during the downtime using this document. Once the employee fills out this form, they must submit it to their manager or supervisor. Managers will then need to enter those hours directly onto the timesheet on OneUSG Connect once the system is back up (after 12:00 p.m. on December 4).
  • Kaba Time Clocks will be available for use but may display "Offline".
  • OneUSG Connect Benefits will remain available to employees and can be accessed from USG Faculty and Staff Portal.
  • Note that W-2s and pay statements will be unavailable for viewing and printing during this time so please plan accordingly.

Time and Labor/Absence Management Updates

  • ​Employees can only be paid if the time is appropriately reported via the time reporting process applicable to the employee (e.g., Online Timesheet, Kaba Clock, Web Clock). Failure to meet standard OneUSG Connect payroll processing deadlines will result in a delay in payment to employees. ​
  • Web Clock Users: When OneUSG Connect is unavailable,  Web Clock users must track hours worked during the downtime using this document. Once the employee fills out the form, they must submit it to their manager or supervisor. Managers will then need to enter those hours directly onto the timesheet on OneUSG Connect once the system is back up.
