Key Audience: Provisioned Initiators 

This training will cover the end-to-end business process for hiring using the Direct Hire Form. Additionally, this session will cover which types of hires are entered on Direct Hire Form, including all non-competitive hires and select competitive hire types.

Pay Changes Special Topic Q&A Webinar - Register Here 

Key Audience: Managers and Provisioned Initiators 

This Special Topic Q&A webinar is strongly recommended for all Managers and Provisioned Initiators who perform Compensation transactions in OneUSG Connect. The Pay Changes webinar will review:  

  • How to submit a supplemental pay request 
  • How to submit an ad hoc salary request 
  • When and how to ad hoc an approver  

After the review, we will conduct a Q&A session to answer questions related to Pay Changes.
