ServiceNow can be used to review Knowledge Articles, Job Aids, and FAQs related to Human Resources. For additional assistance, you can submit a ticket to the Shared Services Center (SCC). Check out this Job Aid on how to use ServiceNow for HR-related information and inquiry.

The Shared Services Center in Sandersville, GA supports all USG institutions, and will be the first point of contact for support via ServiceNow. Georgia Tech resources will work in collaboration with the SSC to provide additional support for our campus community:
